Laser technology measurement

We consider ourselves as leader in innovation and are always looking for new opportunities for optimisation. Thus, we take the measurements of your decks using laser technology. Only digital 3D laser tracker technology ensures the necessary data quality to install accurately pre-manufactured decks with a guaranteed contour flow with millimetre precision and incomparable accuracy.
 

Cork technology

Noticeable reduction of weight, distinct soundproofing, thermal insulation and humidity resistance are the most impressive benefits of cork technology. The technical cross section of a Teakdeck on cork substrates illustrates the application of this technology. Based on 3D surface measurements with millimetre accuracy, our highly qualified Wolz Nautic engineers calculate the volume and perfect surface for the subsequent levelling process.
 

Synthetic technology

WOLZYNTEEK is a material based on PU that is applied to a 3.8 mm HPL substrate. Thickness, colour and grain size for final polishing can be individually selected by the customer according to samples. This type of synthetic deck is manufactured as system panels using the innovative Wolz Nautic manufacturing process after applying 3D laser tracker technology for dimensioning and evaluation of these data at the Wolz Nautic CAD department.
