Innovative methods

As an innovation leader we are always looking for new optimisation opportunities. Thus, we take the measurements of your prefabricated Teakdeck with a 3D laser tracker.  This is the only method, which guarantees that the required data is acquired with millimetre precision, so as to subsequently also be able to complete a quick installation of the accurately pre-manufactured decking with a guaranteed contour run and with the same millimetre precision. This is effected by using the vacuum-glue-procedure, which can be used for every kind of boat-material and does not require any screws or weights. The corresponding documentation assures our clients that we can manufacture each component 100 % identically or make alterations depending on their needs and requests.



Thanks to our special technical equipment, which amongst other things includes a photogrammetric work station and a laser cutting system, we can select the different quality types from our wood-stock and also guarantee a long-term and uniform quality and colouring of the material.

The production of the synthetic deck is carried out in collaboration with our partner api marine division and we combine their qualitative materials with the advantages of our semi-automatic production process.
