This year too, the Wolz Nautic team was at the largest German boat show as exhibitors. As in the previous years, our base was the stand of the Deutsche Yachten group in Hall 7a.
As well as constructive conversations and new contacts in the field of mega yachts, the main focus during "boot" was particularly in the field of series yachts. Wolz Nautic used the exhibition in Düsseldorf to visit existing customers on their stands, to display Wolz Nautic products which had been installed on yachts and also to check out the competition. Due to the large number of exhibitors, "boot" is ideal for engaging with potential new customers.
One thing was clear at this year’s "boot". The exhibition site in Hall 6, the hall devoted to luxury yachts, was much sought-after and many manufacturers would have liked to bring an even larger yacht to Düsseldorf. This is also seen as a trend in the industry, since the demand for larger series yachts has clearly increased.
But even in case of the “smaller” yachts, as in the previous years the growth, for example, in the market for catamarans has not abated. This was especially evident from the long queues of visitors in front of the stands of the established manufacturers even in the exhibition halls. This trend is also underscored by the fact that even manufacturers which are considered as classic manufacturers of sailing or motor yachts are now expanding into the catamaran segment..
