The annual industry get-together at the METS Marine Equipment Trade Show – the boat sector's leading event of this type – took place in November in Amsterdam. This trade show has been an integral part of teak deck specialist Wolz Nautic's schedule for many years now.
This year, Wolz Nautic launched a new exhibition stand concept, aimed at putting the focus to an even greater extent on the Franconian teak deck supplier's core competences and individual product lines.
The response was enormous again in 2015. The teak deck specialist's sales team was permanently involved in talks with shipyards, owners and potential purchasers. The bottom line at the end of the 3-day event was that the interest in Wolz Nautic's innovative products remains unbroken.
The newly defined market standard in the sphere of exterior ornamental ship decking attracted particular attention. The solution developed by Wolz Nautic enables the implementation of very out-of-the-ordinary and highly sophisticated designs thanks to the use of state-of-the-art laser technology.
Other products such as the 3D-milled cork – for use in the sphere of surface levelling and for weight and noise reduction – were focal items of interest as were all products and solutions for teak decks on production yachts.
