the awards ceremony of the European Cultural Prize to the Deutsche

Nautic had the opportunity to officially hand over a new ship’s deck to the
Deutsche Meeresstiftung in the presence of the Prince.

The contracts for the REV were already
signed some months ago, and the project is now taking concrete form for Wolz
Nautic. There have already been several reports on this exceptional project in

time as the annual yachting festival was taking place in Cannes, teak deck

visit to one of the most exciting sites in the principality at that time.
Cooperation with the German Ocean Foundation's
This year, Wolz Nautic participated for the
first time as a sub-exhibitor on the German Ocean Foundation's sustainability
stand. The "love your ocean" stand was located in Hall 14 and offered
the visitors deep insights into various topics and initiatives related to
sustainability in the field of water sports, waters in general or animal
welfare.
Wolz Nautic on the MS Österreich - Go-ahead for the installation of the new wooden deck
This was at
the beginning of March and the first pieces of the new wooden deck were being installed
on the MS Österreich at the Lake Constance.

New York - Hamburg - Gaukönigshofen: Wolz Nautic is creating the ship deck for the “Peking”
Würzburg - At the end of August the “Peking” sailing ship was welcomed back to Germany. It had been built in 1911 at the Blohm & Voss shipyards. After many years abroad, the four-masted barque is now being thoroughly renovated. The ailing “Peking” has been in New York since 1976, serving as a museum ship. Now the ship will be restored to its 1927 status, and then open to the public in the German Harbour Museum in Hamburg. The new ship’s deck will be provided for the traditional sailing ship by Wolz Nautic from Gaukönigshofen/Germany. A wooden deck made of Oregon pine was commissioned, as it comes closest to the original Pitch Pine wood used on the ship in 1911.

November. This show is considered to be the most important trade show for

Wolz Nautic christens its own sailing yacht – first appearance at the Lürssen Minicupper Regatta in Kiel
Racing with the company's own yacht! A premiere for teak deck specialist Wolz Nautic from the Würzburg region. 12 May saw the Lürssen MC Cup take place in Kiel under force 5-6 winds. Wolz Nautic was among the top-flight field of starters for the first time with its own sailing yacht, and lost no time in making for highlights.

The annual industry get-together at the METS Marine Equipment Trade Show – the boat sector's leading event of this type – took place in November in Amsterdam. This trade show has been an integral part of teak deck specialist Wolz Nautic's schedule for many years now.
This year, Wolz Nautic launched a new exhibition stand concept, aimed at putting the focus to an even greater extent on the Franconian teak deck supplier's core competences and individual product lines.
FLIBS 2015 – Wolz Nautic & Dornbracht with joint exhibition stand in Fort Lauderdale
This year's visit to the FLIBS show took place under a new motto. 2015 had seen Wolz Nautic team up with Dornbracht – the market leader for highly exclusive and innovative bathroom and spa equipment – and exhibit on a joint exhibition stand. A look back at the Kieler Woche 2015
This year
our Office North for the first time organized a regatta-accompanying trip with
clients of Wolz Nautic on the occasion of the Kieler Woche event. In sunny and moderately windy weather a Bavaria 39 took the
participants to the regatta fields offshore of the Schilksee Olympic Sailing
Centre and subsequently along the Kiellinie promenade into the Kiel Fjord right
up to the MS Colour Magic ferry.
